S G Iron
S G Iron stockholders and suppliers, delivering to the whole of the Middle East. Also known as spheroidal graphite iron or ductile cast iron it is supplied to BS2789 or BS EN1563 designations. As a ductile cast iron its resistance to impact is greater than that of a grey iron combined with the characteristics of better tensile strength, elongation and ductility. S G Iron specifications also offer good wear resistance.

Applications
S G Iron (spheroidal graphite iron), also known as ductile iron, is used in applications where optimal impact, fatigue, electrical conductivity and magnetic permeability features are required. Typical applications for spheroidal graphite iron and ductile iron grades include moulds, dies, valves and pistons.
