Certifications & Policies
ISO 9001 Certificatei
Material CertificationAll material is supplied in accordance with our ISO 9001 : 2015 registration. Material certification is available on request. Please ensure you inform our sales team and write a request on your order the relevant certification required, as per the options below.
3.1 Mill Certificate
3.1 certificates are available for many steels including carbon, alloy and stainless specifications. A 3.1 certificate is produced by the manufacturer of the steel showing specific inspection results. EN10204 is the standard for this certificate. It will show the cast/heat number, material size or thickness and the chemical composition. Where applicable it will also show mechanical properties of the steel or the mechanical properties of a test piece from the cast, which has been independently heat treated.
2.2 Mill Certificate
2.2 certificates are available with certain steel grades. EN10204 is the standard for this certificate which is produced by the manufacturer of the steel. 2.2 certificates show the material size or thickness, the cast/heat number and the chemical composition. Some mechanical properties (such as hardness) can also be shown.
Nifty Alloys LLC Material Certificate
A material certificate defining: grade, size, cast number, chemical analysis, and mechanical properties (where applicable).
Certificate of Conformity
A certificate by Nifty Alloys LLC, showing the size and specification. It confirms that the material supplied is in accordance with the specification and has been subject to our quality systems under ISO 9001 approval.
