Looking for any kind of help ?

C63000 Aluminium Bronze — AMS 4640 / UNS C63000 Supplier UAE

C63000 (UNS C63000, CDA 630) is a nickel-aluminium bronze alloy — one of the highest-strength copper-base alloys commercially available in wrought form. With 9–11% aluminium, 4–5.5% nickel and 2.5–5% iron, it achieves tensile strengths up to 690 MPa in the as-extruded condition, with outstanding resistance to seawater corrosion, cavitation and de-aluminification. It is the standard wrought alloy for aerospace bushings, valve seats, landing gear components and subsea engineering where both high strength and corrosion resistance are mandatory. Nifty Alloys stocks C63000 in round bar, flat bar and plate from Dubai, supplied with EN 10204 3.1 mill test certificates to UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Kuwait, Oman, Bahrain and global export markets.
